Buffet Cook

Job Description: 

The Buffet Cook will load at the main kitchen and deliver to the boat, ensure that all the food listed on the daily count sheet is brought on board, keep galley and cooler organized, and be aware of passenger allergies and dietary restrictions and prepare food accordingly. 

Tasks include: setting up the buffet in an attractive display, serving meat to guests during service, washing dishes and keeping the galley clean, cleaning up the buffet, wrapping and refrigerating cold food, returning left over hot food to the kitchen, completing count sheets and the end of shift and recording waste, and taking dirty linen to the commissary.

We are looking for candidates who are able to work in a fast paced environment, follow proper safe food handling procedures, and follow recipes to prepare food to company standards.
