Customer Service Representative: Retail Supervisor

Job Description: 

As a Retail Supervisor you will promote the company mission and standard, execute a guest focused sales and support culture, and monitor ticket sales and retail sales perfromance on a regular basis. You will ensure smooth coordination with other operational departments such as hospitality, ticket booth, marine, trolley and office, maintain a clean, organized and functional environment for guests and staff.

Tasks include: maintaining a clean and fully stocked retail space, completing a monthly inventory or retail merchandise for all retail areas, monitoring overall retail sales performance and trends, working with the Retail Manager to develop and implement a training plan for new and returning staff, and maintaining ongoing staff familiarization of cruise, trolley, and Kingston's tourism attractions and activities.

You will submit payroll/ time sheets to Retail/ Travel Trade Sales Manager for sign off, complete scheduling templates with Travel Trade/ Retail Sales Manager ensuring that full coverage is provided where needed and within wage budget, maintain a social presence for Waterfront Gifts & Apparel on all relevent social media sites, work with the Marketing Manager to create a marketing plan for each upcoming season and ensure we have a presence in all relevant city events, and accompany the Retail Manager on both yearly buying trips and participate in researching new companies and trends.
