Star Lead (1st Cook)

Job Description: 

The Star Lead (1st Cook) will load food at main kitchen and deliver to the boat, ensure that all of the food listed on the daily count sheet is brought on board, keep galley and cooler organized, and be aware of passenger allergies and dietary restrictions. You will keep other galley staff organized and on schedule and be responsible for count sheets at the end of your shift and record waste. 

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the ability to supervise staff, work in a fast-paced environment, follow proper safe food handling procedures, and have Food Handler Certification.
