Food & Beverage Manager

Currently hiring for 2017: We are looking for a creative and focused operational manager for a fast-paced, multifaceted hospitality environment operating synergistic business lines. 

The successful candidate will oversee operations of a land based modern commercial kitchen, on board galleys, serveries and hospitality crews on 3 tour boats including a high service dining vessel, the Island Star.

The role is as a full time senior manager working with a collaborative team of sales, marketing, and visitor experience professionals to advance our company’s on board culinary capabilities and building an off season operation leveraging our commercial kitchen, personnel and other assets. 

Applicants should have significant experience working in and supervising both front of house and kitchen operations.

Our company is a multidimensional Tourism operator based in historic downtown Kingston.  Our mission is hospitality excellence as the portal to inspired visitor experiences in the Kingston 1000 Islands destination. We operate sightseeing & dining cruises, trolley tours, retail stores and catering enterprises. 

 

Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be made available to the successful candidate, with a salary commensurate with experience plus performance incentives.
