Group rates for parties of 20 or more are not available on a limited number of Blackout Dates. Complimentary Passes, Staff Passes, and other special Kingston Destination Group (KDG) rates and offers cannot be applied or used on these dates. Blackout Dates apply to all KDG brands including Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises, Kingston Trolley Tours, Kingston Walks and K-Pass.

All tickets are final sale and non-refundable. However, if you contact us by phone at least 24 hours before your cruise or tour boarding time, you can reschedule for a different date/time OR cancel all or part of your reservation and receive a Future Credit Certificate for any outstanding balance.
Future Credit Certificates (FCCs) can be used to rebook at a later date during the current operating season; they expire on Thanksgiving Monday (October 12th in 2026) of their issued year, and can only be used to re-purchase tickets, not for retail or onboard purchases.
