Sail Kingston harbour after dark, this 90-minute ghost-cruise experience showcases downtown Kingston in a different light and examines the mysterious tales that surround our historic city. Join us aboard, if you dare.
It’s twilight, the ship creaks, not a soul in sight… aside from your fellow passengers waiting to board the Island Queen. The Captain and crew usher you over the gangway, you’re about to embark on a journey through Kingston’s past: stories of death, murder, wreckage, and mystery. Things get a whole lot spookier on the water at night.
We depart from Crawford Wharf with a flood light at our lead; approaching historic sites from the water’s edge in the dark. Your guide tells tales of the terrifying Kingston Penitentiary, child deaths at Bellevue House, the fair maiden ghost of Cedar Island, the Marysburg Vortex and why so many ships have sunk in the area.
A full service-bar and canteen is available on board. All tickets are non-refundable. Changes to your reservation can be made with 24h advanced notice. See Frequently Asked Questions for information on parking, boarding, reservations and cancellations.
